Awardsgift Sales Working Schedule Everyday

I am sales at Awards Gift CO.,LTD,here is my working schedule everyday.


1) Study for knowledge about products.

Because our factory with wide range of items:  Lapel pin / Medals / Badge / Keychain / Coin / Cufflink & Tie clips / Money clip / Ball maker / Hat clip / Divot tool / Military tag / Luggage tag ...


2) Communicate with customer for project

Every morning,when i arrival to office,there are many inquiry come into my mailbox from old customer and new customers.

Not all inquiry with clear information which needed to make quotation,sometimes,customer only text: "i need medals for my events " or " Can your make lapel pin with my logo?"

At this time,i will contact and help them to find out the right items they needed.

This is the most importance reason that i love my job,because i can help people make idea to be real item.


3) Recommend new items to person who need them

We have many customers in gifts and premiums company which work for big brand promotion,they love new items which is special and novelty.

After our engineer finished new samples such as keychain,bottle opener,badges,we will send these data to them for reference.


4) Report ongoing project production schedule for customers

Usually it will take 3-4 weeks leadtime to finish production,this is not a short time,during production,there many have some un-expected situation come out,for example: Power failure,Environmental inspection...

For example at April,many badge and medal plating workshop closed because of environment inspection.customer have the right to know production situation.as sales,we should concern customer's needs and make them satisfy.


I am engaging on sale metal crafts and gifts over 7 years,i love this job and will continue to work.
